Vimeo Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged into Vimeo or do not have a Vimeo account. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA. Vimeo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Data transmission to the US is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. If you are logged into your Vimeo account, you enable Vimeo to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account. Further information on the handling of user data can be found in Vimeo’s privacy policy at: https://vimeo.com/privacy.

Soundcloud Music for release or selection is stored on the “Soundcloud” platform, provided by SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany, and played from this platform. Soundcloud can measure which podcasts are listened to and to what extent, and process this information pseudonymously for statistical and business purposes. For this purpose, cookies can be stored in users’ browsers and processed to create user profiles, e.g., for the purpose of displaying ads that correspond to users’ potential interests. In the case of users registered with Soundcloud, Soundcloud can assign the listening information to their profiles. The use is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can revoke this consent at any time via our cookie settings. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which may themselves collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Google Ads Our website uses the online advertising program “Google Ads” and, as part of this, conversion tracking. Google Ads is a service of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Data transmission to the US is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. We are interested in showing you advertisements that are of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

Consent and Opt-Out We only use the Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking with your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Browser Plugin.
